About

I'm a Senior Software Engineer specializing in large-scale data platforms and API architecture. I studied Environmental and Technical Studies, not computer science, which turned out to be surprisingly relevant. Understanding land, ecosystems, and how humans interact with them at scale is exactly the lens you need when you're building systems around 34 million agricultural parcels.

At DTN I work on the infrastructure that makes sense of agricultural land at scale: 34M parcels, 15M parties, the farms and producers behind them. I co-invented a geospatial ML method now under patent review that collapses that data into something queryable in real time.

Outside of work I build things that solve problems I actually have: a sailboat research tool, a meditation app, an injury-aware workout tracker. They keep me sharp and honest about what good software actually feels like to use.
